Don't live in the same area and still want the same benefits? Reiki works over distance, space, and time. My clients have been noticing tremendous changes with distance Reiki sessions. I will send you 30 minutes - 1 hour of Reiki at a designated time to offer additional physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. These sessions can be scheduled via zoom or without. We'll start with breathwork, meditation, and we may implement EFT tapping based on your individual needs. Reiki means "universal life force energy;" it is a type of energy healing that has been around for centuries. It is love and light.
